The Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (CPM Sri Lanka), the premier professional management body in Sri Lanka, will host a virtual forum to talk about the foresight of Management and Entrepreneurship of post-pandemic situation.
This will be the seventeenth presentation of sixteen fruitful evenings of “CPM Evening for Managers (EFM)” presentation series which are organised once in two months free of charge by the CPM Institute to its members, on various topics relevant to the modern manager.
The webinar will focuses about how leaders need to find new ways to tackle business problems, think beyond the status quo, and create value for their organisations in this challenging situation. Through a dynamic discussion, the audience will learn about the entrepreneurial methods and innovation practises in management and gain some tips of value creation.
This will entail two key speeches by University of Sri Jayewardenepura PIM Management Faculty and Governing Council Member Dr. Samantha Rathnayake, and Regional Development Bank Independent Director, Entrepreneur, Consultant and Associate Professor in Business Dr. Nirmal De Silva, followed by the panel discussion which will be moderated by CPM Sri Lanka Governing Council Member and Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation AGM (Bancassurance and Alternate Distribution) Roshan Collas.
Three learned panellists consisting of Selyn Director Selyna Peiris, Spa Ceylon Director and Co-Founder Shalin Balasuriya, and Stax Inc. Managing Director Ruwindhu Peiris will join to the panel discussion to give the in-depth overview according to the theme and share their experience in the field.
The webinar will take place on 28 May from 6.00 pm to 7.30 pm and participants can access the webinar free of charge.
