The 22nd presentation of Evening For Managers (EFM) organised by The Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (CPM Sri Lanka) will focus on a deeply relevant area of meeting workforce challenges in productivity.

It will take place on 10 February from 6:30 to 8 p.m. via Zoom and participants can access the webinar free-of-charge.

Today, organisations are facing violently disturbing and unimaginable continuous change caused by digital transformation and the current pandemic. It is imperative for organisations to engage in reskilling and upskilling their employees by developing new skills and enabling them to be better at their jobs and filling critical gaps, a prime responsibility of HR.

Organisations must adopt measures essential to close the increasing skills gap. Success is within Leadership USA and India Founder/CEO Payal Nanjiani will present her key thinking on the subject at the presentation.

Her presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with two panellists, Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC Senior Deputy General Manager Naleen Edirisinghe and Sri Lanka Naval Association Secretary General Rear Admiral Dr. Shemal Fernando. NeoChem International Ltd. General Manager – Sales, Marketing and Corporate Strategy Hashan Haputhanthri will be the moderator. Prof. Lakshman R. Watawala will introduce the webinar and welcome the guests.

The EFM presentations have proved very popular with the members and well-wishers because CPM Sri Lanka have been consistently able to invite high profile presenters with something valuable to say. The past webinars saw a large number of attendees, around 350+ participate. CPM Sri Lanka invites all those who wish to visit this valuable presentation.
