Minister Dinesh Gunawardena and Minister Johnston Fernando yesterday assumed duties as the Leader of the House and the Chief Government Whip respectively at the Parliamentary complex.

Minister Dinesh Gunawardena was warmly welcomed by the Parliamentary staff, where he signed in as the Leader of the House and assumed his duties at his office.

Minister Johnston Fernando, after proceeding to the office of the Chief Government Whip, was warmly welcomed by the parliamentary staff, where he signed documents as the Chief Government Whip assuming his duties.
