State Minister Lohan Ratwatte has been appointed as the State Minister of Prison Management and Prisoners Rehabilitation.
The additional portfolio is whilst Ratwatte is also the State Minister of Gem and Jewellery related Industries.
He was sworn in before President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat
yesterday.
