The Destiny Mall & Residency developed by Imperial Builders commenced construction 2014 and will complete by the last quarter of 2019.
A total of 210 luxury apartments are being built on a one-acre property at the corner of Sir Justice Akbar Mawatha and R.A De Mel Mawatha, Colombo 2, opposite former Elephant House. The development, to be completed in 2019, is set to transform the area between the Slave Island Railway Station and R.A. Currently the super structure is fully complete along with the external paint works nearing completion. Work which started in 2016 is currently due to complete on the relocation project Block C&D which consist of four towers of G+12 floors housing 118 families.
