Weligama Bay Marriott Resort and Spa was recognised as a ‘Best Workplace for Millennials’ by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work in Sri Lanka. The resort earned this credential based on the extensive ratings provided by its associates in an anonymous survey conducted by Great Place to Work in Sri Lanka, during 2019-2020.

Associate engagement has emerged as a critical driver of business success in today’s competitive marketplace. Weligama Bay Marriott Resort and Spa strongly believes that the high levels of associate engagement promote the retention of talent, foster customer loyalty and improve organisational performance and stakeholder value.
