Hayleys MGT’s founder Joint MD quits

S. Spezza, the Joint Managing Director since the inception of Hayleys MGT Knitting Mills Plc has resigned from the Company.

The company announced yesterday he has relinquished his position as a director with effect from 10 October.

“The Board wishes to place on record its appreciation of his valuable contributions over the years while he served as a Director of the Company,” Hayleys Chairman Mohan Pandithage said.

Spezza joined the company in 1993. He is the founder of MGT Samoor (Pvt) Ltd, Melbourne, Australia. Has over 46 years experience in the Textile Industry in the areas of Knitting, Finishing and Dyeing.
