The Kalubowitiyana Tea Factory situated in Matara has achieved an all-time record price at the weekly e-Auction held on 26th and 27th April 2022 by securing an attractive price of Rs.1,980.00 for PF1 grade in the Low Grown CTC category.

This line was purchased by M/s Heritage Teas (Pvt) Ltd. Kalubowitiyana Tea Factory is well-known as one of the most prestigious tea manufactures in Sri Lanka. It is owned by Kalubowitiyana Tea Factories Ltd.

The sale was conducted by M/s Bartleet Produce Marketing (Pvt) Ltd.
