Ritz Clothing proudly celebrates a decade of exceptional growth, innovation, and excellence. Established in 2012 with a modest team of 60 machine operators, the company has evolved into a leading force in Sri Lanka’s garment industry.
Over the past twelve years, Ritz Clothing has significantly expanded its operations, now encompassing six state-of-the-art factories and a cutting-edge design centre. Employing a dedicated workforce of 4,700 professionals, the company produces 3.5 million garments monthly and has forged partnerships with top global brands, reinforcing its position as a key player in the international apparel market.
Recent expansions at its flagship plant in Nikaweratiya and its largest facility in Yapahuwa underscore the company’s sustainable growth trajectory. Looking forward, Ritz Clothing aims to enhance its vertical integration by adding printing and embroidery facilities, as well as a corrugated carton factory. These strategic developments will build upon the company’s legacy of innovation, quality, and growth as it continues to set new benchmarks in the industry for decades to come.
