All-time record price for Hingalgoda Tea Factory

Hingalgoda Tea Factory, situated in Hiniduma, Galle, achieved an all-time record price at the weekly tea auctions held on 10 December by securing an attractive price of Rs. 1100 per kg for a PF1 grade in the Low Grown CTC category. This line of tea was purchased by LOLC Holdings PLC.

Hingalgoda Tea Factory is managed by Tea Small Holder Factories PLC which is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.
