Nuwara Eliya estate situated in Labookelle has established an all-time record price at last week’s tea auction held on 22January. A liquoring OP grade of this estate selling under the ‘Inverness’ mark sold at an attractive price of Rs.980per kg. This line of tea was purchased by Euro-Scan Exports Ltd.
