Delmar Estate excels with five all-time record prices

Delmar Estate establishes five all-time record prices in the Udapussellawa Region at the tea auctions held on 14-15 March.

This outstanding achievement is the first time a single estate secured five record prices at the same auction in the respective region, which demonstrates their ability to continuously manufacture high-quality ‘Ceylon Tea.’

The records were, BOP Grade recorded a price of Rs. 940 per kg, FBOP Grade recorded a price of Rs. 1,140 per kg, FBOPF1 Grade recorded a price of Rs. 1,100 per kg, PEK1 Grade recorded a price of Rs. 940 per kg and OP grade recorded a price of Rs. 980 per kg.

This estate is Rainforest Alliance certified and ensures that all quality standards are met in their production process.
