Glenloch Estate achieves record price

Glenloch Estate situated in the Dimbula Agro-Climatic District, achieved an all-time record price of Rs. 2,200 per kg for a FBOPF1 grade, surpassing their own record in the Western High Grown category at the weekly online tea auctions held on 21 and 22 June.

This line of tea was sold and marketed by Forbes & Walker Tea Brokers Ltd.

Glenloch Estate which was established in the year 1917 is owned and managed by distinguished tea producer M.T.M. Refai. This tea factory which is ISO22000:2018 and HACCP certified has an annual production of approximately 350,000 kg.
