In the Uva Medium elevational category, Dickwella Estate, Hali Ella, belongs to Malwatte Valley Plantations PLC, continues to produce sensational teas made by Shajahan during the Uva quality season.
At this week’s Colombo Tea Auction held on 02/03 August 2022, marketing its teas under the St. James selling mark an Invoice of Pekoe1 grade achieved a new all-time high of Rs. 3,000 per kilogram.
Dickwella also hold the record for BOP and BOPFSP grades.
Dickwella Estate is managed by Regional Manager Chaminda Perera and the factory is under the supervision of Master Tea Maker A.M. Shajahan
This tea was purchased by Ceylon Tea Marketing Ltd. and successfully marketed by Asia Siyaka Commodities PLC.
