Nilrich Tea Factory establishes all-time record price

Nilrich Tea Factory situated in Bengamuwa, owned by Tissa Wannige and managed by Factory Officer Rasika and the team achieved an all-time record price at the weekly tea auction held on 9-10 November, by securing an attractive price of Rs. 1,650 per kilo for PEK1 grade in the Low Grown category.

The tea was purchased by Shan Teas Ltd. and the sale was conducted by Ceylon Tea Brokers PLC.
