Pedro Estate achieved an all-time record price of Rs. 2,600 per kg for a PEK grade under the selling mark ‘Mahagastotte’ in the Nuwara Eliya Region at the weekly tea auctions held on 31 May/1 June 2022.

This Estate is Rainforest Alliance, HACCP, and ISO 22000:2005 certified and is renowned for producing teas with delicate liquoring characteristics.

Pedro Estate is managed by Kelani Valley Plantations PLC, a subsidiary of Hayleys PLC under the stewardship of Dilum Pathirana.
