Pedro Estate achieves all-time record price

Pedro Estate situated in Nuwara Eliya, achieved an all-time record price of Rs. 2,100 per kg for a BOP grade under the “Lovers Leap” mark at the tea auction held on 13 June.

Pedro Estate is managed by Kelani Valley Plantations PLC, and this line of tea was purchased by Tea Tang Ltd. and was marketed and sold by John Keells PLC.
