The National Movement for Protection of Seed Rights (NMPSR) yesterday held a protest march from Battaramulla to Ministry of Agriculture to hand over petition against the proposed Seed Act. Later they held a ‘satyagraha’ in front of the Ministry. Pix by Pradeep Dilrukshana
