Boost for Northern Province agriculture

Basil Rajapaksa Minister of Economic Development participated as chief guest at final day inauguration ceremony of Northern Province agriculture exhibition for the year 2011 held at District Agriculture Training Center Complex, Thirunelveli, Jaffna on 10th September 2011.

Northern Provincial Ministry of Agriculture has organized this agriculture exhibition under the theme of “Way Forward for Sustainable Eco-friendly Agriculture”.

A.H.M. Fowzie, Senior Minister, Douglas Devananda , Minister of Traditional Industries and Small Enterprise Development, Rishad Badiuddin, Minister of Industry and Commerce, G.A. Chandrasiri, Governor of the Northern Province and Weerakumara Dissanayaka, Deputy Minister of Traditional Industries and Small Enterprise Development also participated at this occasion.
