Maliban Smart Cream Cracker was chosen to be the official biscuit in Sri Lanka’s attempt at making a Guinness World Record for the largest tea party held recently.
The attempt was made in Kandy by APOT.Asia in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau and the Sri Lanka Tea Board. The attempt unfolded in Kandy, before the Esala Perahera, where spectators were offered cups of tea in order to set the record.
Maliban, the country’s premier biscuit manufacturer, as the official biscuit for the event, provided Smart Cream Crackers to all participants to complement the tea party and the festivities.
