On the occasion of a visit to Thailand Mlesna Tea Founder and Managing Director Anselm Perera visited the distributor in Thailand Thai Leader Global Trade Co. Ltd.
Mlesna teas were introduced in late 2014 to the Thai market and have had a continuous growth since the discerning consumers in Thailand appreciate good quality Ceylon teas and premium packaging from Mlesna.
Thai Leader Global Trade Co. Ltd., Bangkok is owned by Lilly Daetwyler, the wife of Baurs Chairman Thomas Daetwyler.
Baurs through its sister company Baur Asia Ltd. is representing Mlesna in some selected markets in South East Asia.
The friendship between Anselm Perera and Thomas Daetwyler goes back to 1978 when they first met.
