Touchwood enters north with office in Jaffna

Touchwood Investments PLC recently extended its services to the northern region by opening its branch in Jaffna at 27 Navalar Road.

The branch was ceremonially opened on 7 February 2011 by a host of honoured guests which included Emilda Sugumaran – Government Agent of Jaffna District, Colonel. Kumudu Waduge – Jaffna Civil Affairs Officer, Prof. Dr.Mikunthan – Head of Agriculture Department of the University of Jaffna, Bramasri, Daneswara Gurukkal and T.K. Anandarajah.

This initiative is the first of many branches to come. As a part of the company’s market development programme for the new financial year, Touchwood has plans to expand its services further more with branch operations in more strategic geographical locations in Sri Lanka which will include the eastern region.
