Buddhi Batiks unveils ‘New Year Collection 2015’

The designer-wear boutique run by Dharshi Keerthisena targets a niche market and its offerings undoubtedly makes its customers stand out in a crowd. The handcrafted pieces are of high quality and feature contemporary designs for on-trend consumers. Since its inception, the store has been popular for its batik saris and offers an extensive and impressive range of pure silk saris. The saris comes in vibrant shades and some feature understated batik designs which nevertheless stand out strikingly. The store also features a variety of skirts which flow effortlessly, lending a look of effortless elegance to the wearer. The dresses, which aren’t as expensive as the saris, come in contemporary designs which are quite unique. Trends in the forefront this season are mostly Aztec and tribal prints with the all-time favourite animal prints also making an appearance, all of which are incorporated in the new collection at Buddhi Batiks.
