Voyaging with ‘Cheramy Touch!’ on a journey of appreciation

With the heart of women at the core of their development, ‘Cheramy Touch!’ introduced an adult range of skincare products for women not too long ago. This initiation was not merely the launch of a new range of products but more importantly an invitation to women of Sri Lanka to embark on a journey of self-appreciation they so well deserve.
The women of today, who invest their time and energy on being the perfect mother, wife, daughter, professional, friend and caregiver as they put others’ interests before theirs, very often forget their own self-worth. In the midst of their unending and busy schedules, Cheramy Touch! ventures to gently draw them away from the bustle and bids them to take a moment to recognise that they are precious too.
As the next step towards strengthening their initiative to appreciate women of today’s society, ‘Cheramy Touch!’ teamed up Angeeka Athukoralade Silva, appointing her as the face of their product range at an event held at their Dankotuwa factory, recently. Angeeka, an experienced beautician and skin therapist, is a renowned personality in Sri Lanka’s beauty care industry. She has touched the lives of many Sri Lankan women through TV programs and publications and her advice and tips on beauty care have been warmly received by the audiences throughout the years.
Commenting on the initiative, Angeeka stated, “I admire the initiative taken by Cheramy Touch! to appreciate women of today and I’m extremely delighted to start working with the brand, as I’m very impressed about the quality and technology that has gone into developing the products. I started endorsing the brand after I have used the products myself and experiencing the goodness of it. I even checked out the manufacturing process which impressed me further. ‘Cheramy Touch!’s approach to building a relationship with Sri Lankan women also makes me proud to be a part of it.”
Informative and interactive workshop
Taking the first footstep of her Ambassadorship, Angeeka conducted an informative and interactive workshop for the female workers of the Cheramy Touch! factory on grooming and personal care. This was the first of a series of programs encompassing the likes of TV chat shows, workshops and paper articles that will be hosted by Cheramy Touch! under her patronage; with the sole aim of educating women on practical tips about caring for themselves and celebrating womanhood.
The interactive programs will enable the audience to exchange ideas and hold discussions about topics which span across a variety of interest areas such as health, nutrition, makeup tips, time management and relationships.

At the introductory stages Cheramy Touch! started building this connection with the brand’s potential users by making them feel good and appreciating them for who they are. Today, Cheramy Touch! is taking another step forward in making this connection stronger with its users by actively getting involved in sharing knowledge about not only skin care but also how best to really enjoy being a woman,” expressed Hemas Manufacturing Category Director – Skin Care Rochelle de Silva.
The Cheramy Touch! range is an extension of ‘Baby Cheramy’ and its products are developed with the goodness of milk, natural actives and alluring fragrances. The collection includes a renewing face wash, a brightening face cream, a refreshing body wash and body lotions for lightening and hydrating skin.
