The 100% shareholding of Abans Plc has been transferred to PNP Logistics Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Abans International Ltd.
The transfer is in effect from 29 March 2018, Abans Plc said in a filing to the CSE.
As per interim accounts for December 2017, the five biggest shareholders - Aban Pestonjee, P.N. Pestonjee, Saroshi Pestonjee, Behman Pestonjee and Rusi Pestonjee - owned 20% each. The number of shares in issue at Abans were 2.16 million shares. Established in 1981, Abans Plc was listed in December 2013.
