Customers are assured over-the-counter repairs of their appliances for immediate attention, ensuring a faster turnaround.
Appliances like microwave ovens, irons, blenders, kettles, and water heaters can be repaired then and there over-the-counter. On-the-spot expertise by skilled technicians are on hand to service the appliances using genuine spare parts to guarantee the highest quality with a warranty. A transparent repair process is carried out by technicians as they meticulously repair products, providing complete transparency throughout the process. Quick Service includes complimentary coffee.
Abans has expanded services to customers via WhatsApp chat bot, assisting customers various services, including opening new service requests, tracking existing jobs, lodging complaints, making inquiries, purchasing spare parts, calculating BTU for ACs, locating service centres, and even engaging in live agent chat for personalised support.
