Abbotsleigh Tea Estate produces and sells highest quantity

Abbotsleigh Tea Estate has produced and sold the highest quantity of 2,029,990 kilograms for the year 2024.

This is the highest quantity sold by a factory which is operating in the High/Medium category.

Abbotsleigh Estate is situated in the Central Province and the overall factory operations are spearheaded by Deputy General Manager Suranga Dela.

Abbotsleigh Estate is the prime property of Hatton Plantations PLC led by Managing Director Menaka Athukorala.

This estate sells its production of prime CTC high grown teas, under the selling mark of “Florence” which is well known and established among local and international consumers.
