Almas and Carlines up stake in Sierra Cables to 13%

Almas Organisation Ltd., and connected party Carlines Holdings Ltd., have increased their collective stake in Sierra Cables PLC to 13.1%.

This is following the purchase of 2.25 million shares or 0.5% stake this week at Rs. 3 and Rs. 3.10 per share. Yesterday Sierra Cables closed at

Rs. 3.20.

They collectively own 54.325 million shares

in Sierra Cables.

As of 31 December, their collective stake amounted to 7.6%. Sierra Holdings Ltd., with a 58% stake, is the biggest shareholder.
