AmCham Sri Lanka gets new Secretary General

The AmCham Sri Lanka has announced the appointment of Neelika Tillekeratne as the new Secretary General.

The AmCham said her extensive experience in leading prestigious organisations and her commitment to environmental stewardship bring in a wealth of timely knowledge to the Chamber.

Tillekeratne is a seasoned Marketing and Communications professional with an extensive track record spanning over 25 years. With over 20 years of leadership expertise within renowned multinational corporations, including Coca-Cola and Unilever, as well as a distinguished tenure at a local conglomerate, CIC Holdings PLC, her experience encompasses a diverse range of sectors such as multinational organisations, fintech, agri, pharma, investment banking, real estate, and manufacturing.

Most recently, she concluded her role as the Communications Director for the USAID Sri Lanka Energy Program.
