Ambeon ups stake in Colombo City Holdings

Ambeon Holdings Plc yesterday increased its stake in Colombo City Holdings Plc to 77.63%.

This followed the acquisition of 11.23% stake or 142,901 shares with a price range of Rs. 950 and Rs. 1,050 each. The seller was Capital Trust Holdings.

Ambeon now holds 988,060 shares in the company, the main business of which is investing in real estate. 

In January it acquired 100% stake in Lexinton Holdings Ltd. for Rs. 415 million. Lexinton owns Ambeon Group’s head office building in Gothami Road, Borella. Colombo City Holdings is the Ambeon Group’s dedicated property management and real estate company.
