Anomi Wanigasekera appointed to Dipped Products Board

Anomi Wanigasekera

Anomi Wanigasekera has been appointed to the Board of Dipped Products PLC as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

She will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee and the Related Party Transactions Review Committee.

Wanigasekera is a Partner at Julius & Creasy, and has a wealth of experience of over 40 years as a commercial lawyer. She heads the Intellectual Property Division of the firm.

She holds an LLM degree from the University of Wales and has obtained post graduate diplomas in Intellectual Property Law, International Trade Law, Banking, and Insurance Law from the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies of the Incorporated Council of Legal Education. Wanigasekera is a Life Member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka as well as the Law Society of Sri Lanka.

She serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Haycarb PLC, and Hayleys Leisure PLC.

She is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and currently chairs the INTA South Asia Anti-Counterfeiting subcommittee for the term 2024/2025. Additionally, she serves as a Council Member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) and holds the position of Vice President of the APAA Sri Lanka Group.
