Avissawella Tea Factory renowned for all-time record prices for ‘Sithaka’ selling mark, established a new all-time record price for a BOP1 grade at this week’s tea auctions held on 8/9 August.

This BOP1 grade recorded a price of Rs. 4,500 and this tea was purchased by Regency Teas Ltd., a leading tea exporter in Sri Lanka.

Sithaka Tea Factory owned by Lalith Liyanage – Chairman of RTS Holdings Ltd., produces the finest quality low grown orthodox teas and has won many awards both internationally and locally for producing select best teas in Sri Lanka.
