Bairaha Farms Group has bought the assets of CIC Grains Ltd, for Rs. 340 million.
CIC Holdings Plc said its subsidiary CIC Grains Ltd., sold its land, building, plant and machinery located at Moneragala to Fortune Agro Industries Ltd., and Windsor Real Estate Ltd., for Rs. 340 million on 30 October.
Fortune Agro and Windsor are joint venture companies of Bairaha Farms Plc.
