Crayon’s Partner Summit 2025 Sri Lanka was an electrifying fusion of innovative ideas, strategic insights, and vibrant networking that captured the imagination of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and channel partners alike.
This dynamic event broke the mold, inspiring local tech visionaries to reimagine the way they grow, collaborate, and scale their businesses on a global stage.
At the summit’s core was Crayon’s ISV Innovation Hub – a powerhouse platform where ISVs learn to modernise their offerings, secure their digital ecosystems, and accelerate their expansion into international markets. In parallel, channel partners were given an exclusive preview of a state-of-the-art co-selling framework, unlocking fresh revenue streams and amplifying market exposure.
The summit wasn’t just about ideas.it was about making them happen. Through high-energy sessions and candid discussions, attendees tackled the real challenges of today’s digital landscape, from scalability to profitability.
Crayon GM – Emerging Markets Keith Samuel captured the spirit of the event: “Crayon’s Partner Summit was a dynamic catalyst that fused innovation with strategy, empowering ISVs and channel partners to push collaboration boundaries and redefine success in the digital economy.”
The event was inaugurated with a keynote address from Microsoft Country Manager for Sri Lanka and Maldives Harsha Randeny who outlined the transformative potential of digitalisation for Sri Lanka’s technology landscape. He emphasised Microsoft’s commitment to empowering ISVs and SIs through enhanced cloud capabilities, AI-driven insights, and strategic alliances that drive digital acceleration and economic growth.
Followed by that, a lineup of distinguished speakers delivered impactful sessions, reinforcing the summit’s central themes of innovation and growth:
Crayon APAC Director – ISV Chas Mann led an insightful discussion on “Grow and Scale with the Crayon ISV Innovation Hub”. He emphasised the role of co-selling, the importance of ISV and SI (System Integrators) collaboration, and the comprehensive support Crayon provides through its programs and partner ecosystem.
APAC Channel Sales Manager – EM Pulasthi Palansuriya and APAC BDM – ISV Anjali Kodikara, elaborated on Crayon’s “Channel Strength and Growth Strategy”. Their session provided a deep dive into how Crayon is enhancing its partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth and maximise profitability for ISVs and channel partners.
Alliance Manager Manjula Kularatne shared updates on new Microsoft programs, rebates, and incentives available to partners, outlining the financial and strategic advantages of aligning with Microsoft and Crayon.
Finally, Crayon Centre of Excellence Director – Data and AI Prithy Yathavamurthy addressed “Data and AI: Innovations and Strategic Focus for 2025.”
She highlighted Crayon’s deep expertise in AI and data solutions and how these capabilities enable ISVs to scale their offerings, improve operational efficiencies, and unlock new revenue streams.
A key highlight of the summit was an engaging panel discussion featuring industry leaders like ICTA Director Chandima Cooray, LOLC Technologies Deputy CEO/FusionX CEO Prasanna Siriwardena and Microsoft Sri Lanka Senior Partner Solution Sales Lead – Modern Work and Security Chinthaka Dunuwille who shared their perspectives on the evolving digital ecosystem and the role of collaboration in driving transformation.
