Daraz.lk unveils Avurudu Wasi

As the cuckoo bird prepares to herald in the Sinhala and Tamil New Year, Daraz.lk presents all Sri Lankans with yet another massive sale – Avurudu Wasi. 

Beginning on 15 March and ending on 15 April, Avurudu Wasi will be conducted by Daraz.lk in partnership with Reckitt Benkiser, Brother, Standard Chartered Bank and Seylan Bank. 

Avurudu Wasi offers discounts as large as 85% as well as further discounts of up to 10% off plus instalments plans for a maximum of 24 months provided by the event’s official banking partners. The category unlock process will begin on 15 March and go on till 24 March when all categories will be unlocked. 

The 10 categories are – Grocer’s Shop, Health & Beauty, Babies, Kids & Toys, Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Home & Living, TVs, Audio & Cameras, Computing & Gaming, Appliances and Mobile & Tablets. The sale also offers a number of special items for attractive discounts such as, 15% off on an ASUS X540YA-XX272T with an AMD Dual Core 1.5 GHz, IPhone Xs available with a 17% concession, a 35% deduction on Reckitt Bundles (Dettol, Lysol, Harpic and Durex), LG 32 LEDs with a price reduction of 42% and Innovex Washing Machines at a markdown of 40%.

An official pre-order launch of the brand new Samsung S9 will also be part of the sale’s agenda.
