The high-net-worth low profile Dr. Senthilverl through his Senthilverl Holdings Ltd., has topped 10% shareholding mark in Amana Takaful Life PLC.

The move follows Dr. Senthilverl acquiring 989,842 shares at Rs. 30 each through NDB Securities Ltd.

He now holds 5,883,870 shares or 11.76% of Amana Takaful Life PLC and is the second largest shareholder. The largest shareholder of Amana Takaful Life PLC is Amana Takaful PLC of which the largest shareholder is Dr. Senthilverl.
