Dunsinane Estate achieves all-time record for Western High CTC BP1 Grade

Dunsinane Estate, Punduloya achieved an all-time record price of Rs. 1,420 for a BP1 grade in the Western High Grown CTC category at the Weekly Tea Auctions held on 21/22 February 2023.

The Estate is situated in the Dimbula Planting district at an elevation of 1,400 metres above sea level, and is Rainforest Alliance and ISO 22000 – food, safety and hygiene management standard certified.

Dunsinane Estate is managed by Elpitiya Plantations PLC under the stewardship of Senior Manager Asela Udumulla.
