Exterminators certified ISO 9001 quality management system for 15 successful years

Exterminators PLC is proud to announce that it has been certified with the prestigious ISO 9001 quality management system for the 15th consecutive year. This certification acknowledges the company’s commitment to providing exceptional pest management and disinfection services to its clients. ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard that sets out the criteria for a quality management system. 

By achieving this certification for the past 15 years, Exterminators PLC has demonstrated its dedication to consistently meeting customer requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction. This certification highlights the company’s ability to effectively manage its processes, resources, and internal controls to deliver high-quality services.

In addition to being certified under ISO 9001, Exterminators PLC has also obtained other notable certifications. It is the first pest control company in Sri Lanka to achieve ISO 14001 certification for environmental management system way back in 2009. This certification reflects the company’s commitment to minimising its environmental impact through sustainable practices and waste reduction. 

Furthermore, Exterminators PLC was also the first pest management company to be certified under ISO 45001 for health and safety management systems way back in 2010. This certification reinforces the company’s adherence to rigorous health and safety standards to protect both its employees and clients. 

To further solidify its position as a leader in the pest management industry, Exterminators PLC also acquired ISO 22000 certification for its food safety management system in 2017. This certification ensures that the company meets the highest standards of food safety during its pest control procedures. In 2020, the company will be the first COVID-19 SLS-certified SME company.
