FCCISL condemns terror attacks; calls for action

The Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FCCISL) in a statement yesterday condemned in the strongest possible terms the brutal terror attack carried out on places of worship and hotels on Easter Sunday causing death to 290 innocent people and substantial damage to the properties and the economy. 

FCCISL wishes to express heartfelt condolence to families of all affected people both foreigners and Sri Lankans and wishes a speedy recovery for all those who are convalescing from the tragic incident took place in Sri Lanka.

In this hour of need, FCCISL fully supports the Government of Sri Lanka in its all-lawful actions to bring back the normalcy to the country and earnestly requests the Government to take stern action against those who are responsible for this heinous crime against humanity.
