First-ever Sri Lanka Property Investment Forum in Australia on Friday by Home Lands

The Home Lands Group of Companies is set to make history by becoming the first Sri Lankan developer to conduct a Property Investment Forum in Australia to create interest in residential investment options in Sri Lanka. 

The forum, to be held at Springvale City Hall in Melbourne on 25 October, is an invitees-only event expected to attract over 450 high-end investors. 

The Home Lands Group will showcase real estate investment concepts to the Sri Lankan community in Australia and Australian real estate investors without Sri Lankan origins. This investment portfolio will cater to long term and short-term investments and will provide a wide variety of options available at the Home Lands Group. These include beach resort investment options that are geared to harness the increasing growth in tourist arrivals to the island, CBD real-estate investment, retirement villa options for time sharing, cost-effective and pampered lifestyle for residents, as well as luxury golf compound investment for leisure and sport.

The event will commence with cocktails and networking opportunities where entertainment will be provided by the popular Sri Lankan band Marians along with comedic duo Blok and Dino, before concluding with a gala dinner. SriLankan Airlines as the ‘airline partner’ and ANZ Bank have come on board to support the event.
