Free Trade Zone Manufacturers Association (FTZMA) has congratulated Arjuna Herath on his appointment as the new Chairman of the Board of Investment (BOI).

FTZMA said being a board member at the Colombo Stock Exchange and a distinguished Senior Chartered Accountant and a Past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka whilst actively involved in international accounting forums such as South Asian Federation of Accountants and the Confederation of Asia Pacific Accountants, it undoubtedly believes that the wisdom and experience gained could steer the BOI to the limelight of investment and strengthen the economy of the country.
