Free mobile laboratory service from Pannipitiya Private Hospital

Pannipitiya Private Hospital which has earned a reputed name in the health sector of the country has further expanded the benefits provided through its mobile laboratory facilities.

Accordingly, Pannipitiya Private Hospital has decided to provide services with no additional cost to customers who obtain laboratory services from its mobile laboratories within a range of 4 km of the hospital. Even for customers obtaining the services from outside this distance range too, will be provided services with no additional cost, with the exception of having to pay only the transport cost, Chairman, Managing Director Dr. Ananda Kuruppuarchchi said. These mobile laboratories function 24 hours a day.

It is therefore evident that these mobile laboratories introduced based on a concept of providing hospital services at home have been successful because customers were fully satisfied with its services. The laboratory service at Pannipitiya Private Hospital is ISD Quality Certified and conducted under international standards. Parallel to the mobile laboratory service, the hospital has also begun a mobile doctor service. Accordingly an ambulance with a doctor and two nurses will be dispatched to the patient’s house for treatment.
