Hayleys Fentons team celebrates Bronze win at SAFA Awards, marking a milestone as only top-ranked company in Sri Lanka for reporting excellence
Hayleys Fentons Ltd. was recognised at the prestigious SAFA Best Presented Annual Report Awards 2023. Organised by the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) in collaboration with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, the ceremony took place in Colombo recently.
The event celebrated excellence in financial reporting and corporate governance across the region. The SAFA Best Presented Annual Report Award acknowledges organisations for their exceptional achievement in preparing and disclosing financial statements of the highest standard, aligning with the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) framework to ensure relevance, reliability, and objectivity.
In the fiercely contested SAFA Best Presented Annual Report Award category, Hayleys Fentons Ltd. emerged as the only Sri Lankan company ranked among the top three in the infrastructure and construction sector, winning a Bronze award. This honour underscores the company’s strong commitment to excellence in financial reporting and its leadership in setting industry benchmarks.
