The story of Home Lands Group of Companies is one of resilience and vision. In 2003, when the company embarked on its journey, Home Lands Group saw an opportunity to make a difference amidst the challenges and uncertainties in the real estate industry at the time. Initially focusing on land sales and property development, their trajectory shifted significantly in 2014 with the launch of Home Lands Skyline, their residential apartment and housing development arm. Despite economic challenges and downgrading, Home Lands Skyline was also assigned a national long-term rating of A(lka)/Stable by Fitch Ratings. Home Lands Construction’s recent achievement of the highest CIDA grading, 'CS2', is a testament to their focus on quality and their ability to meet and exceed industry standards. Home Lands Skyline proudly showcases a diverse portfolio with over 2,500 + remarkable apartments and housing units, each contributing to the company's legacy of excellence. The Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments, Residencies, and Villas project – notably the largest in Sri Lanka, spanning 1200 units across 55 acres of land along with a 9-hole golf course. The successful completion and handover of more than 850 units in the first phase of the Canterbury project demonstrates Home Lands Group’s ability to execute large-scale projects with precision and finesse.

Despite the numerous challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and political and economic crises, Home Lands Skyline has managed to persevere and continue working tirelessly. Throughout this recent period, construction has not stopped for even a single day, with workers putting in long hours to ensure that projects are completed on time. We are proud to share that we have successfully completed and handed over 2600+ Apartments and housing units have also been completed. These achievements are a testament to the perseverance and hard work of our construction teams, who have worked tirelessly to deliver these projects to our clients on time and to the highest standards.

Home Lands Group has successfully built a satisfied customer base of 25,000 clients, while their Skyline brand has completed and handed over more than 2,600 modern residential units to the nation.
