ICC Global appoints Dinal Phillips PC as member of International Court of Arbitration

The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) recently appointed Dinal Phillips PC to serve as a member of the International Court of Arbitration for the period 2021-2024. The ICC International Court of Arbitration, is the world’s foremost international arbitral institution. It is a great honour for Sri Lanka and also marks the recognition of the professional standards maintained by our legal fraternity. 

International Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka Chairman Dinesh Weerakkody said: “ICCSL is happy to note that Dinal Phillips PC, an accomplished and effective counsel, is succeeding Dr. Harsha Cabral PC who was a member of the ICC court of Arbitration for the period 2019-2021.” Dinal Phillips PC is a former Non-Executive Director of the National Development Bank PLC.
