The Industrial Association of Sri Lanka, part of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and the apex body for representing industries and manufacturing companies in Sri Lanka, held its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Haycarb’s Brahman Balaratnarajah was elected Chairman while Kelum Kospelawatte of Singer Industries Ceylon and Harini Rajadasa of Unilever Sri Lanka were appointed Senior Vice Chairman and Deputy Vice Chairman respectively.
Other members elected to serve on the Executive Committee for 2022/23 were Ceylon Biscuits Ltd., Ceylon Tobacco Co., Dipped Products, Ex-Pack Corrugated Cartons Hettigoda Industries Ltd., Litro Gas Lanka Ltd., Nestle Lanka, PGP Glass Ceylon, Polypak Secco Ltd., Richard Pieris & Co., The Lion Brewery Ceylon, The Swadeshi Industrial Works and Vision Fund Lanka .
