LAUGFS Gas PLC last night announced that it has reduced the price of domestic gas cylinders from last night.

The price of a 12.5 kg cylinder has been reduced by Rs. 1,050.

Accordingly, the 12.5 kg cylinder is now Rs. 5,080, while the 5 kg cylinder is Rs. 2,320 and the 2.3 kg cylinder is Rs. 928. 

The price reduction came in after several months, giving people a sigh of relief, having been faced with much hardship since the price of commodities shot up while an unprecedented shortage in fuel and gas prevailed due to the worst economic crisis.
