Sri Lanka Agripreneurs’ Forum (SLAF) in collaboration with Hatton National Bank (HNB), MBA Alumni Association of the University of Colombo (MBAAA), and Daily FT will hold the first-ever conference for agripreneurship in Sri Lanka on 30 March from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at the Hector Kobbekaduwa Agrarian Research & Training Institute (HARTI), 114 Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo 7.
The Agripreneur Conference 2023 theme will be “empowering agripreneurs for a world of abundance.
The objective of the conference is to address the present-day challenges in agribusiness and seize new opportunities in the sector.
The conference will be divided into four sessions – Access to Finance and Investments, Access to Technology/Agri-Tech, Marketing/Access to Markets, and Policy Facilitation.
Each session will include a keynote address by a prominent expert in the respective field and will be followed by a panel discussion with more distinguished guests joining in.
The conference will feature plenty of opportunities to network with professionals in the sector to drive the sharing of ideas and experience. Morning and evening snacks along with lunch will be provided to all participants.
SLAF as the premier agribusiness association in the nation invites all stakeholders of agribusiness into this common platform to foster innovation and drive progressive change.
