Lankan-founded, US-based Pair Partners keen to bring business back to Sri Lanka

With a background in implementation and execution, Pair Partners Founder and CEO Hannah Siegertsz found her passion in pairing businesses with extraordinary talent. 

Hannah grew up in Sri Lanka with 24 siblings. Yes, you read that right! She then moved to Seattle, Washington, USA for university in 2010.

Hannah’s success is measured against metrics to verify results, streamlined processes, increased output, revenue enhancements and most importantly, employee morale. Her background in working across multiple industries along a plethora of C-Suite executives in companies such as Microsoft and T-Mobile (leading wireless/telecommunications company) has led her to create a unique approach that Pair prides itself on.

Pair Partners is a US-based company that has the exclusive goal of bringing business back into Sri Lanka. Growing up in Sri Lanka, Hannah was able to see the quality of talent that Sri Lanka has to offer and therefore, took the leap of faith and created Pair.
