Lumbini Tea Valley has won the Grand Prize Award and multiple awards at Global Tea Championship Awards 2025 in Las Vegas.

The 2025 Global Tea Championship Awards took place on 25 March in Las Vegas, celebrating the finest teas from around the world. This prestigious competition recognises excellence in tea production, honouring teas across various categories, including matcha and leaf teas, based on leaf appearance, cup character, innovation, and overall quality.

Sri Lanka’s Lumbini Tea Valley achieved remarkable success at this year’s competition, securing multiple awards for its outstanding teas in the Global Black Tea and Innovative Tea categories.
